Please be advised that on December 05, 2023, Skylight Health Group Inc (the “Company") made an assignment to Bankruptcy. Deloitte Restructuring Inc. has been appointed as trustee in bankruptcy (the “Trustee") of the Company's estate. The Trustee's appointment is subject to confirmation by the creditors at the first creditors meeting.
